We want to help.
We are starting a low-cost support group for adults. The COVID crisis is an unexpected and life-changing experience for everyone in our community. You’re making stressful choices nearly every day, and may feel there are times you are putting your self-care and even your safety aside to do what’s needed.
None of us know what’s ahead, but we do know there are going to be ups and downs, and most people could use help now and may need support in the times ahead. Having a protected time and place to connect with others can help you or people you know navigate the ongoing changes as we all figure out the “new normal.”
If you or someone you know needs a place to share concerns and challenges, and find compassion, we are offering a low-cost video-based support group, run by our licensed, qualified staff here at The Colorado Center.
In addition to being able to share and connect with others, in each session you’ll learn a useful stress-reducing tool to apply to your everyday life.
When is it?
The group will meet every week on Thursdays from noon-12:50pm, starting May 7.
What’s the cost?
You are welcome to come every week, or once in awhile – it’s up to you. You pay a monthly membership of $85 to have access to this group, regardless of how many times you participate each month.
How do I connect?
It’s easy to access the group – join us from your phone or computer. You just need 50 minutes and a quiet space. Doing a group by video may be a new idea to you, but our group leaders know how to make it work.
How do I join?
- Just send an email with “support” as the subject (and your name in the body) to: [email protected].
- Come back to this email and click the "Set Up Payment" button below to provide your payment information.
- We will send you a secure consent form you can complete right on your phone. Complete it and click on “submit” at least 24 hours before your first group time.
- We will send you a link to enter the secure video meeting from your computer, tablet, or phone.
